At WestLand Farms, we are a small business dedicated to crafting high-quality, handmade products — from artisan soaps and balms to tinctures and plant-based skincare. Because of the handcrafted and personal care nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Why We Can't Accept Returns

Our products are made in small batches by hand using natural ingredients. Many of our items — including soaps, balms, salves, and skincare products — are considered personal care items that cannot be resold once they leave our farm for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at thewestlandfarms@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.
