2. About Our Products

All WestLand Farms products are handmade in small batches on our family farm using natural ingredients. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, scent, and appearance are normal and expected — they are a sign of authenticity, not a defect.

Our skincare products, soaps, balms, and tinctures are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are for external or general wellness use only. Please read all product labels carefully and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.

3. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. Payment is due in full at the time of checkout.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. WestLand Farms is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. All Sales Final

Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will work to make it right.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photos, logos, and branding — is the property of WestLand Farms and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

WestLand Farms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
