1. Processing Time
All WestLand Farms products are handmade in small batches on our family farm. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship via USPS and/or UPS. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
5. Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, WestLand Farms ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
6. Delays & Lost Packages
Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, WestLand Farms is not responsible for delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us at thewestlandfarms@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. WestLand Farms is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch a mistake, contact us immediately at thewestlandfarms@gmail.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
